Garden Terrace Infinity Scarf Crochet Pattern

Prepare for photo-overload as I can't seem to get enough of my latest design!

The Garden Terrace Infinity Scarf reminds me of a lovely terraced garden bursting with the colors of any season! Soft drape, lacey texture and versatility is what makes this design so fabulous, in my humble opinion!

Wear it  layered and close around the neck for a "collared" look.

Wrap the infinity twice around like a cowl and let it fall, with little spots of both colors peeking through the lace.

Or drape it softly hanging long in the front or back for an elegant flowing scarf.

It seems that there are MANY ways to wear this but the options with color and yarn are vast, too! I've worked one up in blue and white--adding a little additional accent in a lighter blue. I love how it totally changes up the look. So then it got me thinking...

What if I tried a sparkly, dressy yarn (this one is Red Heart Swanky--a worsted weight)?? And wrapped it like a collar and tied it with a sweet satin ribbon??

Yes!! I'm loving this design. By the way, it is written in an adult size but contains the multiples # so it can be worked up to any length you want. Pick a fingering or lace weight yarn, smaller hook and make it for a little girl to feel so fancy at a party!!

If you want to get your "hooks" on this pattern, you can find it in my shops:

  6. I absolutely love this! More than just the obvious that it's beautiful and versatile, it's also something I could possibly convince my sisters to try to convince them that they can in fact read patterns and make something other than squares. Thank you for all the wonderful pictures and for putting so much time into developing your patterns! You set a high bar for other designers to meet in terms of quality and I personally think that's exactly what the craft needs!

    1. This pattern is surprisingly simple even though it looks intricate. If you can work in rows and do basic stitches, this one is easy peasy. Thanks so much for your kind words, Katie. I really do work hard to provide detailed, well-written and accurate patterns, as well as stylish and fun designs.
